Return Policy

- In-store purchases: If you bought your Hushcrib item through a retail partner, please contact the store directly for their return policy.
- Online purchases: Items purchased from hushcrib.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
- All furniture is eligible for return.
- For mattresses, please check the product page for specific eligibility details.
Returns must be in original packaging, unused, and free of any damage.
If your order arrived damaged or with defective parts, please refer to our Damaged Items section for instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, email support@hushcrib.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1 business days to assist you.
Damaged Items
We kindly ask you not to decline a delivery even if the box looks damaged. In most cases, the product inside is perfectly fine — our packaging is designed to protect it.
If any part arrives damaged, please contact us at support@hushcrib.com within 3 days, and we’ll take care of it promptly.
